"How do they even have all these characters?"
youtooz has such a random but fun mix of shows, games, and internet stuff. I’ll be browsing and then suddenly find a character I totally didn’t expect to see, and I’m just like, wait, how is this even a thing? Somehow they keep having characters I actually like.

Got my Youtooz figure last week it looks really good in person. The paint came out clean, the box arrived in nice shape, and it feels more solid than I thought it would. The small details are sharp too, which surprised me. It did take a bit to arrive, and I’m still a little curious how well it’ll hold up over time, but right now the quality seems solid and I don’t really have any complaints

"shipping was late but i’m Still happy"
It took longer to ship than they originally said, which was kind of annoying, but customer support actually got back to me. the figure showed up in good condition, so overall i’m still happy with it...

"Tracking was actually spot on"
I ordered from Youtooz the tracking was way better than I expected. I’m not the most patient person when I’m waiting on a package, so I was checking it a lot, but it kept updating properly from the moment it shipped. The delivery date ended up being right too, which was a relief. Didn’t have to sit there wondering where my order was, so yeah, happy with it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong figure and thought canceling it was going to turn into some avoidable hassle, but support handled it really quickly. There wasn’t any weird back and forth or extra hoops to jump through. I really appreciated how flexible and straightforward they were

"I do like the designs, and…"
I do like the designs, and the figure I got looks nice sitting on my shelf. Shipping was okay too, not super quick or anything, but it showed up fine. I’m just a little confused about the price, I guess. For what I paid, especially after adding shipping, I kind of expected a bit more. It’s not bad at all, but I wouldn’t say it feels like an amazing value either.

"Super easy to pay the way I wanted"
I really like that Youtooz gives you a few different payment options. I didn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops or anything, which was NICE. I was able to use my preferred payment method, and checkout went really smoothly. It definitely makes buying figures easier, especially when I don’t feel like using my card every single time. Overall, I’m happy with the experience

I got my figure from Youtooz i’m really pleased with it. The design looks super close to what was shown online, from the face to the colors and all the small details. I was a little worried it might look different in person, but it actually looks great on my shelf. Definitely happy with my purchase.

"Surprisingly Smooth Shipping"
I ordered from youtooz.com expecting it to take forever, so I was kind of surprised when it actually showed up quickly. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, which already puts it ahead of a lot of online shops. The box arrived in good shape and the figure was safe inside, so I really can’t complain. Shipping was way better than I expected

"Figure Came in Good Shape"
My figure showed up totally fine. The packaging had a bunch of padding, so basically the outer box took all the beating during shipping instead of the actual Youtooz box. No dents or messed up corners on it, so yeah, I’m happy with how it arrived.

"Fun designs, but the limited drops are frustrating"
I really like the figures and the designs are a lot of fun. Shipping was fine for me, no real complaints there. My only issue is the whole limited edition drop thing. If you miss it, it feels like it’s either gone forever or suddenly way overpriced from resellers. I get that limited releases are part of the hype, but I kind of wish they’d make a few more available sometimes. I’ve seen other people mention the same thing, so I don’t think I’m the only one feeling this way

I do like the figures a lot, honestly. The quality is good and I’m happy with what I got, but ordering from outside the US was kind of annoying. Shipping ended up being more expensive than I expected, and a few pages didn’t really explain things clearly, so I was left wondering what was going on at times. It all worked out in the end, but the international checkout could definitely be smoother...
